Maasmechelen Village: paradise for luxurious shopping – LUXE.TV
🛍️ In its magical setting, whatever the time of year, the famous Village, which has more than 100 luxury boutiques at affordable prices, has welcomed no less than ten new brands in recent weeks, including the luxury Italian brand Salvatore Ferragamo, the ecological sportswear brand The North Face and the artist range of eyebrow products from Anastasia Beverly Hills, not to mention French ready-to-wear, with American Vintage and Vicomte A, and the Swiss shoemaker, whose reputation extends back to 1851: Bally.
Among all these mythical names, sweet delicacies are not forgotten. And it is a famous Belgian house, founded in 1829, – almost the same age as the country, almost two hundred years old – which has taken up residence in the village: Maison Dandoy.
Ginger, salted butter caramel, chocolate orangine, Bernardine, palm leaf, spoon biscuit… We adore the Dandoy biscuits and especially their speculoos. It is an institution in Belgium. 🛍️
